Print Bingo Cards

A Bingo card is a rectangular grid of five columns and five rows with 24 numbers and one blank. All the 24 numbers on the Bingo cards are displayed in a random fashion. In a Bingo card, B column consists of any five numbers from 1 to 15, I column also has five numbers ranging from 16 to 30, N column consists of a free space and four numbers from 31 to 45, G column consists of any five numbers from 46 to 60 and O column has a row of five numbers from 61-75.
